Job description

Manage monthly OS and third-party application patch cycles across Windows, macOS, and iOS endpoints

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Jamf) preferred
Validate patches in test/lab environments before rollout, including CVE-based prioritization
3+ years’ experience in endpoint patch management in enterprise environments
Execute pilot and production deployments during change windows; manage emergency patching processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune) and Jamf Pro
Generate audit-ready patch compliance reports and dashboards
Knowledge of vulnerability management practices and CVE scoring models.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to align patching standards with risk thresholds
Strong problem-solving and reporting skills; familiarity with audit/compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST)
Ability to leverage scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) to automate patch validation, deployment monitoring, and compliance reporting., * High school or equivalent (Required), * SCCM/Intune/JAMF: 2 years (Required)
