You’ll build secure business applications, automate complex processes, and integrate systems that support healthcare administration and business operations. What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy business applications using Appian and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with teammates and business stakeholders to build solutions that solve real business problems.
  • Integrate applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Enhance and support existing applications.
  • Participate in design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Learn software engineering best practices through mentorship and hands-on experience.
  • Use an AI-first mentality to utilize Appian and other AI tools to optimize output.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or similar.
  • Understanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, debugging, and testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Desire and ability to learn new technologies quickly., * 0-3 years of software development, internship, or IT experience.
  • Experience with Appian or other low-code platforms such as Pega, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform, or K2.
  • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and REST APIs.
  • Exposure to Agile development practices.
