Job description

Perform Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting
Support Exadata environments, including database migrations and upgrades
Analyze performance using OEM, AWR, and ADDM, and provide actionable recommendations
Support production issues and work closely with application and production support teams
Execute large database migrations, cloning, and refresh activities
Configure and support Oracle Golden Gate (OGG) for data replication
Support high availability Oracle architectures and complex enterprise environments

Requirements

10+ years of hands on Oracle DBA experience in a large enterprise environment
Strong experience with Oracle Exadata
Proven skills in performance tuning, capacity planning, and root cause analysis
Experience with Oracle Golden Gate
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills, * Senior Oracle DBA with deep expertise in Oracle performance tuning and capacity planning, supporting large scale databases running on Oracle Exadata and virtualized (VM based) platforms.
This role requires hands on experience with Exadata database migrations, upgrades, high availability architecture, and complex production support in a large enterprise environment. Strong experience with Oracle GoldenGate for data replication.
Experience with large database migration and cloning activities
The ideal candidate will act as a DBA Specialist, supporting critical application and database performance initiatives across multiple projects, while working closely with application teams, infrastructure teams, and production support organizations to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage complex database systems, and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
