Job description
Under the supervision of the HRIS Manager, this role is a member of the HRIS team responsible for supporting Workday and other HR systems. This role will act as Subject Matter Expert forWorkday, including table maintenance, security, reporting, and training. By collaborating with HR Business Partners, this role will work with our business customers to define reporting requirements and lead the development of reports while adhering to reporting standards and data privacy rules defined by Belk Inc. May also act as a Subject Matter Expert in other HR systems and tools. Manages small to medium sized projects. To be successful in this position a person must have strong communication, analytical, organizational, time management, and project management skills. They must also be comfortable with conflict resolution and leading cross functional teams to drive outcomes in spite of varying priorities and objectives., Subject-matter expert in Workday, including security, table maintenance, and reporting. HR reporting activities: Governance, design, development, and execution of ad hoc and monthly reporting including metrics, scorecards, and dashboard reporting. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to assess needs and identify technical solutions to achieve maximum business results. Contribute to the design and development of performance measures and metrics to support the needs of management and business leaders. Implement and document processes and procedures to support, streamline, and automate various HR data activities. Follow project management methodologies and tools when executing projects. Develop and deliver training to end-users. Effectively communicate with and remains responsive to users, regions, divisions and team members. Troubleshoot issues and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Integrate disparate data from multiple systems and tools.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workplace dispute resolution?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelors degree and/or equivalent years of experience 4 or more years of applicable experience Specific work or project experience: Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, experience with Workday and PS Query, Project Management Industry experience: Experience supporting end users in a multi-location environment; Required experience in HR/HR Operations.
Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelors degree and/or equivalent years of experience 4 or more years of applicable experience . Industry experience: Retail
Knowledge / Skills Requirements: Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills. Role will be expected to communicate well at all levels of the organization. Time Management skills a must. This position will be accountable for developing project timelines and ensuring deliverable dates are met Detail oriented with strong organizational and planning skills Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential information
