Job description

Perform other duties as assigned

  • Maintain the accuracy, quality, and completeness of online content, product information, pricing, and customer-facing resources
  • Ensure eCommerce platforms, content, and processes comply with security, privacy, accessibility, and business standards
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, OEMs, and technology partners to develop and execute strategic plans that maximize online sales growth
  • Establish, monitor, and report key eCommerce performance metrics, implementing action plans to improve business results and customer experience
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer behavior, and site performance data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement
  • Develop and execute strategies that increase online visibility, website traffic, customer engagement, and revenue through SEO, digital marketing, and related initiatives
  • Partner with Operations, Accounting, and other stakeholders to streamline online sales, payment, fulfillment, and customer service processes
  • Promote organizational adoption of eCommerce by providing training, support, and best practices to employees and business partners
  • Manage and enhance online product and service offerings, ensuring accurate, complete, and compelling content that supports purchasing decisions
  • Develop, optimize, and improve Titan’s eCommerce platforms, digital tools, and customer-facing online experiences
  • Drive growth in eCommerce sales, customer engagement, and digital adoption across Parts, Sales, Service, and Rental

Requirements

Required:

  • 4+ years’ work related and/or related military experience
  • Working knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in eCommerce
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills
  • Ability to work across multiple and changing technology platforms
  • Ability to handle and resolve interpersonal conflict
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time and work flexible hours

About the company

Titan Machinery is seeking an eCommerce Specialist to lead the growth of our online business and improve the digital customer experience. In this role, you will develop, optimize, and expand Titan’s eCommerce platforms and digital tools that help customers research, configure, quote, reserve, order, and purchase parts, wholegoods, rental equipment, and service offerings.

You will partner with Operations, Marketing, OEMs, Accounting, and technology partners to increase online sales, customer engagement, and digital adoption across Titan Machinery’s Parts, Sales, Rental, and Service businesses.
