This role serves as a trusted advisor to both newly acquired and existing affiliates, ensuring successful business application integrations while driving operational excellence through continuous improvement.

From acquisition through long-term partnership, this individual works alongside affiliate staff to implement core business applications, standardize operational processes, and optimize branch performance. The Integration & Optimization Lead champions the Collective’s Best Management Practices (BMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and business workflows, helping affiliates build scalable, efficient operations while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit that makes each business successful.

In addition to integration and optimization efforts, this role provides operational support for business application and technology initiatives, including evaluating new software solutions, documenting business requirements and workflows, participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supporting API or systems integration projects. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships at every level of an organization, while balancing accountability with empathy. All employees are expected to carry out the company’s purpose and demonstrate our core values.
