Job description
We are looking for a Go to Market Systems Manager to join our Sales team. This role goes beyond HubSpot administration - you will own the operating model that HubSpot is supposed to support, translating sales, marketing, and finance requirements into a single, governed system of record. You’ll sit at the center of our PLG and SLG motions, owning the systems roadmap, data governance, and cross-functional alignment that today are split across silos.
You will work in close lockstep with our Sales Team to ensure that the data pipelines they build are effectively surfaced for our sales team, and you will be the one person accountable for ensuring Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance are working from the same data definitions.
Responsibilities
Systems & Roadmap Strategy
- Own and maintain a CRM/GTM systems roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Evaluate new HubSpot functionality and adjacent technologies; recommend build vs. buy.
- Prioritize enhancement requests across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance stakeholders.
Data Governance & Revenue Analytics
- Own data definitions so reporting is consistent across Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance - the single point of accountability
- Deliver weekly full-funnel reporting: conversion rate analysis, funnel leakage identification, cohort analysis, attribution governance, forecasting support, and pipeline velocity measurement.
Integration & Ecosystem Architecture
- Own the HubSpot ecosystem architecture and integration strategy across our current integration footprint (5+ systems) and legacy CRM processes.
CRM Governance & UX
- Act as the primary admin for HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring the platform supports both a high-volume inbound lead engine and our Group Sales motion.
- Design and optimize automated sales sequences and internal notifications to improve lead response time and conversion.
- Architect and build advanced lead scoring and lead routing logic to match reps with the right leads at the right time.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate weekly with the LCM Team to ensure marketing-generated leads and product signals are accurately tracked through the HubSpot lifecycle.
- Lead the technical implementation and optimization of a new outbound sales motion and upsell strategies.
Standardization & Change Management
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards for sales activity and pipeline health.
- Create and maintain documentation for CRM and revenue-process standards to ensure 100% confidence in sales numbers and attribution metrics.
- Lead process mapping and change management as new workflows and systems are rolled out across GTM teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HubSpot Administration: proven track record managing HubSpot at scale in a B2B SaaS environment
- PLG and SLG Operating Model Experience (STRONGLY preferred): proven experience supporting both motions simultaneously
- Attribution & Funnel Measurement Across Models (STRONGLY preferred): experience building measurement that holds up across both PLG and SLG
- Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations Experience: (Must) demonstrated ability to operate as a cross-functional strategist, not just a system administrator.
- Integration Management & Data Governance: must-have given our legacy HubSpot instance and numerous data sources - someone needs to own this ecosystem end-to-end.
- Process mapping and documentation experience.
- Change management experience.
- Business analysis experience.
- Outbound Motion Building: demonstrated experience building and scaling outbound and upsell motions from the ground up.
- Platform Power User: deep expertise in HubSpot custom objects, advanced workflows, and complex revenue reporting.
- Enablement Mindset: enjoys training sales teams and simplifying complex technical processes into easy-to-follow workflows.
