Job description
Assists with the operation of core and ancillary systems and troubleshoots problems as they arise. Works with Supervisor to install and test pertinent software releases for the core system and the data management systems, ensures effective database management, and coordinates disaster recovery activities., * Assist with monitoring the daily core systems, incident and problem tracking, and reporting
- Assist in routine system maintenance, including help perform core system updates and help ensure proper system processing (Systems include but are not limited to the core processing systems, document imaging system and ATM processor)
- SQL will be used to generate system queries or modify existing queries based on business needs
- Research problems as they arise and assist in implementing resolutions when necessary
- Participate in disaster recovery testing
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
- Keeps the Manager informed of activities, conditions and issues of department
- Performs other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably I.T. related degree
- Minimum of one year related experience preferred
- Banking or CU experience preferred
- Intermediate proficiency with Fiserv DNA, Oracle Relational Database Management System and experience with database queries using Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred
- Knowledge of Batch Job Scheduler system and Document Management System preferred

The good faith range for this position is $25.50 - $30.50/hr. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
