Job description

  • Maintaining our internal Technical Support Ticketing System
  • Maintaining and updating computer software and hardware
  • Servicing office equipment like printers and IT networks
  • Ensuring that internet security software runs without interruptions
  • Recording and analyzing IT problems within a department
  • Installing new IT equipment and software

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support Technician to join our team. This is an onsite position. Remote work is not possible for this position., * Must have at least 2 years of experience working with computers and printers.

  • Must have experience working with Microsoft Office 365 suite and internet browser applications.
  • Must be detailed orientated with good customer service skills.
