Job description

  • Betreuung / Erneuerung / Erweiterung der IT-Infrastruktur
  • Installation & Konfiguration von Hard- & Software inkl. Updateeinspielungen
  • Betreuung der Mitarbeiter in IT-Themen inkl. Anwendersupport (Logistik-SW, Office, div. HW)
  • Koordination, wenn externe IT-Dienstleister aktiv werden müssen
  • Klassifizierung ggf. Reparatur von Hardwaredefekten, RMA-Abwicklung
  • Dokumentation
  • Makroprogrammierung bzw. Entwicklung von Apps und Skripten

Requirements

  • Guter Realschulabschluss oder Abitur
  • Lernbereitschaft und Neugier für tech. Themen
  • Tiefgehendes Interesse an Hard- & Software
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich PC und Windowsbetriebsystemen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Kommunikations- und TeamfähigkeitWünschenswert: Führerschein Klasse B
