Experteer Overview As a Principal Solution Architect - Networking, you will define and drive the future-state architecture for enterprise networking across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You’ll architect scalable, secure, and highly automated networking solutions that support AT&T’s critical applications and infrastructure. You’ll guide standards, governance, and roadmaps while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate innovation. This role offers impact at enterprise scale and the opportunity to shape how networks enable business value. Compensation / Benefits * Define the enterprise networking architecture strategy for hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-prem environments * Develop reusable network patterns, reference architectures, and automation frameworks * Improve service resiliency, efficiency, and consolidation of infrastructure * Architect highly available and secure network solutions for mission-critical apps * Establish technology roadmaps and networking standards aligned with business goals * Lead design and adoption of cloud networking, SDN, network virtualization, and automation * Provide technical leadership and governance for routing, switching, security, and distributed systems * Collaborate with engineering, security, cloud providers, and executives to align standards * Evaluate emerging networking tech and drive automation and orchestration initiatives * Mentor architects and engineers on complex networking challenges and strategic initiatives * Influence AT&T’s technical direction at enterprise scale through foundational networking capabilities Tasks * 7+ years of expert-level experience designing large-scale enterprise networking * Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud networking architectures * Strong routing and switching, network protocols, and control plane design * Experience with SDN, network virtualization, and automation * Advanced understanding of network security architecture * Proven ability to design highly available and scalable networks for mission-critical environments * Experience building networking strategies for infrastructure consolidation and resiliency * Strong knowledge of cloud networking services across major public clouds * Experience with automation, orchestration, and IaC * Understanding of large-scale distributed systems and networking requirements * Ability to establish enterprise standards, governance, and roadmaps * Strong collaboration, communication, and executive presentation skills * Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision coverage * 401(k) plan * Tuition reimbursement * Paid Time Off and Holidays * Paid Parental Leave * Paid Caregiver Leave
