Experteer Overview As Principal Solution Architect - Networking, you define the future state for enterprise networking across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will set design standards, lead scalable and secure network solutions, and drive automation and resilience for mission-critical applications. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and cloud teams to align standards with business objectives. This role offers impact at enterprise scale, shaping networking capabilities used across the company and advancing IT performance. Compensation / Benefits * Define enterprise networking architecture strategy across hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments. * Develop reusable patterns, reference architectures, and automation frameworks to standardize practices. * Improve service resiliency, efficiency, and consolidation through network platform evolution. * Design highly available, scalable, secure, fault-tolerant network solutions for critical applications. * Set long-term roadmaps and networking standards aligned with business objectives. * Lead cloud networking, SDN, network virtualization, and automation initiatives. * Provide architectural governance for routing, switching, security, and distributed systems. * Collaborate with engineering, security, application teams, and cloud providers to align decisions. * Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation through automation and modern infrastructure. * Mentor architects and engineers on complex networking challenges and strategic initiatives. * Influence enterprise direction by establishing foundational networking capabilities. Tasks * 7+ years of expert-level experience in large-scale enterprise networking design and architecture. * Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud and multi-cloud networking architectures. * Strong routing and switching expertise, with control plane design. * Experience with SDN, network virtualization, and infrastructure automation. * Advanced understanding of secure-by-design network security architecture. * Proven ability to design highly available, resilient networking for mission-critical environments. * Experience aligning networking strategies with infrastructure consolidation and operational excellence. * Strong knowledge of cloud networking services across major public clouds. * Experience with automation, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Understanding of large-scale distributed systems and networking requirements. * Ability to establish enterprise standards, governance processes, and technology roadmaps. * Strong communication and executive presentation skills; ability to influence senior leaders. * Experience leading cross-functional architecture initiatives.
