Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you lead global software development to modernize and scale TransUnion’s OneTru platform across markets. You will drive execution for regional portfolio delivery, establish repeatable playbooks, and align with product and engineering to produce production-ready solutions. You’ll build a forward-deployed engineering model to accelerate country deployments while maintaining global standards and risk controls. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on governance, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to unlock international growth. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end regional delivery of OneTru across countries, including scope, schedule, quality, adoption, and value. * Lead country modernization programs end-to-end and transition data flows to OneTru. * Create reusable implementation models, playbooks, and deployment standards leveraging proven assets. * Translate platform capabilities into production-ready solutions with Product and Engineering partnerships. * Enforce global standards while accommodating local and regulatory differences to minimize customization. * Lead the global implementation team and serve as Global Product Delivery’s spokesperson. * Build and scale Forward Deployed Engineering teams embedded in markets to accelerate deployment. * Establish operating model for regionally managed local contractors within global standards and governance. * Develop and scale program delivery managers and modernization teams across a globally distributed org. * Own the global implementation budget and report on deployment velocity, adoption, and modernization milestones. * Manage governance, decision rights, RACI, escalation frameworks, and executive metrics for delivery predictability. * Liaise with cross-functional leadership to align sequencing, funding, and modernization strategy. * Manage cross-market dependencies including security and regulatory risk; ensure go-live readiness and compliance. * Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across financials, reporting, and operations. Tasks * 15+ years’ experience in enterprise strategy, transformation leadership, or business operations, preferably in tech or data-focused industries. * Proven success in leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and modernization programs; international platform delivery preferred. * Strong technology, product, and business acumen bridging engineering and market organizations. * Experience delivering across multiple regulatory environments and geographies. * Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-suite; finance and transformation expertise. * Experience managing large transformation budgets with strong financial discipline. * Executive presence and strategic decision-making authority. * Experience building/blending globally distributed delivery teams, including forward-deployed engineering. * Willingness to travel globally up to 15-20%. * Bachelor’s degree; MBA strongly preferred.
