Job description

We are seeking a Java Engineer with strong experience in SRE and production support. The role will involve application development, deployments, production incident management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining application reliability within a critical banking environment., * Develop and implement Java code changes.

  • Deploy application changes across various environments.
  • Provide production incident support, troubleshooting, and triaging.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Apply SRE best practices to improve application reliability and performance.
  • Participate in weekend on-call rotations approximately once every 4 5 weeks, with a compensatory day off during the week.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • 3 5 years of hands-on Java programming experience.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
  • Strong SRE / Site Reliability Engineering background.
  • Experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with ATM technology.
  • Banking or financial services experience.
