Job description
EvaFi is building a modern financial platform that helps people explore debt reduction options through a simple, transparent, guided experience.
We’re looking for a dynamic, product-minded Front-End Growth Engineer to help build and optimize our web interfaces, landing pages, onboarding funnel, and customer-facing product experiences.
This role is ideal for someone who is pixel-perfect, strong in React/Next.js, experienced with motion and low-latency frontend performance, and comfortable using analytics to identify where the experience needs to improve.
You will work closely with product, design, and backend engineering to turn polished designs into fast, responsive, high-converting web experiences. You will also help instrument the funnel, track user behavior, review session data, and present clear insights back to the product and design team using actual numbers and recommendations.
This is not a basic front-end role. We are looking for someone who can code beautifully, think strategically, use AI to move faster, collaborate well, and contribute to the overall design and product process.

- Develop fast, responsive, low-latency web experiences across desktop and mobile
- Create polished animations, transitions, and micro-interactions using tools like Framer Motion, GSAP, Lottie, or similar
- Work closely with UX/UI design to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into seamless production experiences
- Partner with product to understand roadmap priorities and recommend improvements to the funnel
- Work with backend engineers to configure and connect APIs, forms, endpoints, and data flows
- Implement and optimize RESTful or GraphQL API integrations for efficient frontend/backend communication
- Set up, manage, and monitor analytics using tools like PostHog, Hotjar, FullStory, GA4, or similar platforms
- Track key user actions including clicks, page views, form starts, form completions, drop-offs, errors, and conversion rates
- Review user sessions and behavior patterns to identify friction points in the experience
- Present analytics findings to product and design with clear numbers, insights, and recommendations
- Help improve conversion, usability, trust, page speed, and overall user experience
- Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools to speed up development, QA, debugging, prototyping, and iteration
- Contribute to the design process with strong product thinking and UX judgment
- Maintain clean, scalable, reusable front-end code
- Support SEO best practices, responsive web design, accessibility, and performance optimization
- Participate in Agile workflows, design reviews, sprint planning, and product discussions
