Job description

Responsible for delivering high-visibility projects that support strategic business objectives and operational improvements. Leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution within scope, schedule, and budget. Applies advanced project management expertise to manage risks, resolve issues, and drive stakeholder alignment. Contributes to the development of project delivery standards and mentors less experienced project managers., * Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects that deliver business value and support strategic priorities

  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business goals and delivery expectations
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure consistent execution and governance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies across workstreams
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure integrated and timely project delivery
  • Provide regular project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards
  • Serve as a point of escalation for project delivery challenges and facilitate resolution
  • Mentor project managers and junior team members to build delivery capability and leadership depth
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with enabling functions to ensure business readiness and operational alignment
  • Support initiative planning and contribute to project prioritization and resource planning
  • Represent the project management function in cross-functional forums and delivery strategy discussions
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant project management experience, managing cross-functional business projects.
  • 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Advanced knowledge of project management frameworks and tools used to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Significant experience in managing high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to align project execution with business strategy, manage scope and risk, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Advanced skills in project planning, budgeting, and governance, with a focus on delivering value and mitigating delivery risks
  • Experience with managing project teams, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications across business units
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams
  • Advanced knowledge of performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement practices
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience, * Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Professional Certifications (e.g.,PMP, PgMP, or Lean/Agile certification)
  • Experience with business process transformation or organizational change management is desirable.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) preferred.
