Guidewire Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Development Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire configuration, integration, and cloud/SaaS implementations within the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable solutions for PolicyCenter platforms, working closely with business and technical stakeholders. ️ Key Responsibilities Guidewire PolicyCenter Development

• Lead design and development of:

• PCFs (Page Configuration Files)
• Business Rules
• Data Models
• GUnit test cases
• Customize and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions

Implementation & Migration

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of Guidewire PolicyCenter

• Work on:

• New implementations (PolicyCenter V10 - SaaS model)
• Migration from on-prem to Guidewire Cloud

Integration & APIs

• Design and implement integrations with:

• External portals
• Third-party systems

• Work with:

• REST APIs
• Message queues
• Batch processes

Cloud & Data Platform

• Work with:

• Guidewire Cloud Data Access platform

• Ensure:

• Data integration
• Performance optimization

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead development teams and provide technical guidance
• Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions

• Collaborate with:

• Business stakeholders
• Architects
• QA teams

Guidewire (MANDATORY)

• Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration
• ACE Certification (PolicyCenter)

Technical Skills

• PCF development
• Business Rules
• Data modeling

Integration

Programming

• Gosu (Guidewire programming language)

Experience Required

• 10+ years of experience in:

• Guidewire development

• Minimum:

• 2+ full lifecycle PolicyCenter implementations

• Tier 1 US insurers (preferred)
