SAP Senior Development Support (ABAP, Neptune, Fiori, Neptune)

We are seeking 6 Senior SAP Development Support professionals with strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience to support, enhance, and modernize SAP ECC 6.0 on HANA environments.

The team will support a broad SAP landscape spanning HCM, Finance, Logistics, EAM, and IS-Utilities, while also contributing to modern SAP technologies including SAP Fiori/UI5, Neptune/BlueWorx, SAP BTP, RAP, CDS, ABAP Cloud, and HANA optimization., * Develop, customize, enhance, troubleshoot, and support SAP ECC 6.0 on HANA applications.

• Perform complex ABAP and ABAP-OO development across enterprise SAP modules.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, unit-test documentation, and implementation plans.
• Develop and support RICEFW objects, interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms, workflows, and conversions.
• Develop and maintain ALE, BAdIs, BAPIs, IDocs, REST APIs, user exits, and enhancement frameworks.
• Perform application troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, and production support.
• Optimize custom ABAP and HANA developments for performance and scalability.
• Support modernization initiatives using HTML5, SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, SAP BTP, and clean-core extensibility.
• Collaborate with integration teams on SAP/non-SAP interfaces and enterprise integrations.
• Support functional and technical teams across HCM, Finance, Logistics, EAM, and IS-Utilities.
• Participate in unit testing, functional testing, regression testing, deployment, and production support.
• Provide occasional after-hours support when required.

Team Coverage Model: Skills identified as team-coverage capabilities may be distributed across the six resources. However, every resource must individually have at least 5 years of SAP ABAP development experience and meet the mandatory requirements. The selected six-person team must collectively provide coverage for all listed technologies., * 5+ years of professional SAP ABAP development experience in an enterprise/metrics-driven environment.
