Job description

  • Lead Salesforce architecture, development, administration, and platform governance.
  • Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Flow, Apex, LWC, Aura, and SOQL.
  • Manage Salesforce security including Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, OWD, FLS, SSO, MFA, OAuth, Encryption, and Audit Logs.
  • Support enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Named Credentials.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, CI/CD pipelines, sandboxes, deployments, rollback procedures, and production releases.
  • Manage Git, metadata, branching strategies, managed packages, and Second-Generation Packages (2GP).
  • Establish automation, development, security, and deployment best practices.
  • Drive data quality, validation, deduplication, reconciliation, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot complex Salesforce platform, authentication, integration, and deployment issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and contribute to the Salesforce platform strategy and technical roadmap.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Platform Lead to lead enterprise Salesforce development, security, integration, automation, DevOps, and platform governance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions in large, regulated, or global environments., * 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce security.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, bulkification, reusable architecture, and high-volume data.
  • Experience with CI/CD, release management, Salesforce deployments, and DevOps.
  • Experience working with SSO, MFA, OAuth, encryption, and enterprise security.
  • Experience in large, regulated, or global enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with Salesforce 2GP and managed package development.

Note:

Candidates should have a strong combination of Salesforce development, security, integration, automation, and DevOps experience. This is a senior technical role and is not limited to Salesforce administration. Candidates with experience in enterprise-scale, regulated, or global Salesforce environments are highly preferred.
