Manager, HCM Configuration and Release Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager SuccessFactors Configuration and Release Management to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the configuration and release management processes for our SuccessFactors system. They will work closely with product owners to ensure that system configurations are aligned with business requirements and that the release management process is streamlined and efficient. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SuccessFactors configuration and release management, as well as strong project management and communication skills., * Manage the configuration and release management processes for the SuccessFactors system

• Work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and ensure that system configurations are aligned with those requirements
• Develop and maintain a release management roadmap that aligns with business needs and timelines
• Hire, grow and retain a world-class team of product leads/analysts responsible for product configuration.
• Manage the deployment of system updates and upgrades, ensuring that all changes are properly tested and documented
• Develop and maintain a change management process that minimizes disruption to end-users
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SuccessFactors configuration and release management
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to team-members, standardizing on practices and methodologies
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize, scope, and plan activities
• Serve as a technical expert in SuccessFactors implementation and configuration

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors configuration and release management
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate people, instill accountability, perform under the pressure and optimize the team’s resources to attain the business goals
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with change management processes
• Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus
• SuccessFactors certification is a plus
• Ability to manage ambiguity with demonstrated confidence & credibility
• Prior SuccessFactors implementation is a plus
