Job description
- We are looking for a seasoned HRIS professional with deep functional expertise across Workday Learning, Talent, and Performance modules. This role will act as a primary functional resource responsible for driving system enhancements, configuration activities, and optimization efforts within the Workday ecosystem.
- The ideal candidate combines strong configuration experience with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable HR technology solutions that support organizational objectives.
Primary Responsibilities Workday Learning Administration
- Oversee configuration and continuous improvement efforts within the Workday Learning environment
- Set up and maintain learning journeys, curricula, campaigns, certifications, and instructor-led programs
- Support training initiatives tied to onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and operational readiness
- Coordinate LMS integrations and ensure compatibility with SCORM and xAPI learning content
- Maintain user security, reporting integrity, and learning administration processes
- Produce user guides, process documentation, and training resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure learning functionality aligns with business priorities
Talent & Performance Management
- Configure and support performance evaluation processes, succession planning, career growth programs, and development planning tools
- Assist with annual review cycles, calibration activities, compensation-related performance workflows, and talent discussions
- Maintain talent profiles, career development tools, and succession structures
- Partner with HR leadership to support workforce planning and talent strategy initiatives
- Facilitate discovery sessions and gather business requirements from key stakeholders
Enterprise & Cross-Functional Support
- Participate in system testing, issue resolution, deployment support, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Document current and future business processes and recommend process improvements
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure alignment across systems and workflows
- Provide end-user guidance, stakeholder training, and post-launch support
- Identify opportunities for optimization based on Workday updates and industry best practices
- Maintain system configuration records and operational documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years supporting Workday solutions in an enterprise environment
- Strong functional experience with Workday Learning and Talent/Performance modules
- Proven experience supporting implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
- Experience with tenant setup, testing activities, data migration, and user enablement
- Ability to lead functional tracks and contribute to large-scale HR technology deployments
Preferred Experience
- Advanced configuration knowledge within Workday Learning, including learning paths, campaigns, and integrations
- Experience supporting Talent and Performance processes such as succession planning, performance reviews, development planning, and calibration
- Workday certification(s) preferred
- Exposure to Recruiting or employee engagement technologies is beneficial
- Understanding of scalable HRIS configuration standards and governance practices
Additional Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to lead workshops and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
- Experience developing user documentation and training content
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
