Job description
Provides support for the daily administration, maintenance, and end user support of the NC Learning Center. This role oversees user accounts, instructor-led training, reporting, and system configuration while providing technical support, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting agency-wide learning initiatives. Manage and maintain SharePoint sites, provide user support, administer permissions, and site pages, perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting, and collaborate with teams to support business processes and document management. Provide technical and systems administration support for Office of Staff Development Training (OSDT) employees, including building security software, NCID account management, VPN requests, and OPUS Site Security in collaboration with IT and facility/vendor partners.
