Job description

You’ll focus primarily on database development - designing, building, and maintaining scalable data warehouse solutions that support business intelligence across the organization. In your first 30 days, you’ll spend time understanding the data landscape before diving into project work. Expect a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; adaptability and teamwork are just as important as technical skill here.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performing data warehouse solutions
  • Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes using tools
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for data transformation and loading
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality, consistency, and availability
  • Work with Azure services including Azure SQL Database and Azure Data Factory
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into technical solutions
  • Monitor and improve data warehouse performance, uptime, and data integrity
  • Document data models, processes, and procedures

Requirements

Do you have experience in T-SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in data warehouse development and database programming
  • Strong proficiency in T-SQL and relational database design
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platform services
  • Solid understanding of data modeling techniques
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data models in a BI tool environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset - this team supports each other and expects the same in return
