IT Technician (Tier 2) - Managed Services | Auburn/Roseville/Sacramento

Requirements: 2+ years in an MSP or internal IT role; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin, Windows endpoints, DNS/DHCP/VLANs, and Active Directory; a clean driving record and reliable vehicle; the ability to explain technical problems to a non-technical client.

Nice to have: RMM/PSA experience, UniFi, Intune, PowerShell, hospitality or professional-services clients, CompTIA/Microsoft certs. CMMC, ITAR, or other compliance framework familiarity is highly valued.

ComputerEZE is a 30-year-old family-owned MSP supporting small-business clients across Placer, Nevada, and Sacramento counties. We’re mid-transition from break/fix to managed services, with a stack rebuilt to match. Processes are still being built, which means you’ll help shape them rather than inherit them.

You’ll be doing: helpdesk and escalated tickets, M365/Entra administration, endpoint deployment and imaging, UniFi and small-business network configuration and management, onsite visits to client’s offices, writing documentation as you go.
