Senior Full Stack Engineer

Design, build, and own the systems powering AI-augmented care navigation. Work directly with the CTO on a lean 6-engineer team with massive scope.

• Build backend and front-end systems - powering the AI-augmented Care Navigation platform.
• Own system design decisions - architect scalable solutions for real-time patient interactions, data pipelines, and EHR integrations.
• Work with customers and clinical teams - scope and ship product alongside the CTO, forward-deployed engineers, care navigators, and enterprise health system customers.
• Use AI tools daily - build intelligent clinical workflows, automate patient communication, extend the no-code pathway builder.
• Mentor engineers - help establish best practices as the team scales.
• Encode tribal knowledge into AI - translate navigator and customer expertise into models and features that improve patient outcomes.

• 4-8 years full-stack engineering, shipping end-to-end products
• Built products 0*1 at a VC-backed startup
• Founder or founding engineer experience (even a failed startup counts)
• Led or mentored engineers on a small team
• Healthcare or regulated industry experience is a plus

Technical Skills

• System design and architecture expertise
• Uses AI tools daily to ship code (AI-native)
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency
