Test Supervisor

The Test Supervisor oversees and coordinates all testing procedures related to mechanical and electrical test requirements for interconnect assemblies. This role requires hands-on technical experience with test equipment, the ability to interpret schematics, and strong communication skills to support production and quality control teams.

Duties to Include:

· Troubleshoot, clarify, and interpret test failures reported by test machines and communicate corrective actions to production

· Analyze series, parallel, and complex circuits to ensure proper electrical performance

· Interpret drawings, schematics, and wire run lists to create test procedures that ensure proper continuity and wiring

· Construct test fixtures and write test programs

· Review and provide feedback to the production team on revisions or changes to drawings that affect test procedures

· Operate and understand test equipment including Cirris, Network Analyzer, Pull Test, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, and Fluke Meter

· Ensure all test procedures are clear, accurate, and properly documented

· Train new hires on testing procedures and oversee their integration into the department

· Perform other duties as assigned by management

Do you have experience in Schematics?, · IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Motivated and detail-oriented

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic web applications
