Experteer Overview In this role you will operate and strengthen Döhler’s IT security landscape, collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You will implement and optimize modern security solutions and support security standards and regulatory requirements. The position focuses on proactive protection, incident handling, and security-by-design in projects. Pay / Benefits * Administration, operation, and optimization of security solutions (firewalls, EDR/XDR, email and web security, NAC, SIEM, vulnerability management) * Monitor IT security environment and coordinate handling of events and incidents with internal and external stakeholders * Perform vulnerability analyses, support patch management and hardening measures * Support implementation of security standards and regulatory requirements (NIS2, ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) * Create and maintain technical documentation, security policies, and operational processes * Assist IT projects with security-by-design and evaluate new technologies from a security perspective * Continuously develop security architecture and optimize security processes Tasks * Completed degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or comparable IT qualification * Several years of professional experience administering IT security solutions * Knowledge in areas such as firewall management, EDR/XDR, web and email security, NAC, SIEM/SOC, and vulnerability management * Good knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, TCP/IP, routing and switching * Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2 or BSI IT-Grundschutz is an advantage * Basic knowledge or experience with ISMS * Structured, analytical work style with strong problem-solving skills * Very good German and good English language skills Key requirements * Friendly and informal culture * Flat hierarchies and short communication channels * Opportunity to take on responsibilities * Döhler Academy and internal/external training programs * On-site cafeteria with regional cuisine and complimentary drinks * Subsidized Germany ticket or JobRad
