IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a dependable and motivated IT Support Analyst to support our maintenance and production operations by ensuring computer systems and network infrastructure remain operational and efficient., * Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.

• Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and shared network devices.
• Support wired and wireless network connectivity.
• Perform system maintenance, data backups, and recovery procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for end users.
• Maintain system security and protect company data.
• Provide timely technical support in an industrial environment.

• Minimum 1 year of IT support experience.
• Experience with hardware, software, and LAN administration.
• Knowledge of system troubleshooting, backups, and data security.
• Technical or professional education preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
