Workstation Deployment Technician

We are seeking skilled PC Installers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various systems and equipment. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. The Installer will work closely with clients to ensure that installations meet their needs and expectations., * Perform PC installations for medium to large business’ at client locations.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems as needed.
• Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance installation processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to installations.
• Cable management.
• Attention to detail.

• Proven experience in computer networking, IT support, or desktop support is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional support.
• Experience in software troubleshooting and technical support a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment., * PC installation: 2 years (Required)
