Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled SAP FPSL (Financial Product sub-ledger) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP FPSL alongside a broad spectrum of IT and enterprise solutions to deliver comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and simulation capabilities. Your energetic approach will drive the successful implementation of complex SAP FPSL projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance, technology, and enterprise architecture, empowering organizations to optimize their financial processes through cutting-edge solutions., * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements and translate them into effective SAP FPSL configurations and solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement SAP FPSL modules, ensuring alignment with overall enterprise architecture and solution architecture standards.
- Integrate SAP FPSL with other enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and various database systems using APIs, web services, and other integration techniques.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize SAP FPSL functionality within complex IT infrastructure environments.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including system design specifications, configuration management records, and user manuals.
- Provide technical troubleshooting support for SAP FPSL-related issues, including system troubleshooting, load balancing, security vulnerabilities, and system hardening measures.
- Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or Git for efficient software development and implementation cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a SAP FPSL Techno-Functional Consultant or similar role within enterprise financial planning environments.
- Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), solution architecture, and systems engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript, Python, C#, Shell Scripting, or similar for automation and system integration tasks.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure along with virtualization technologies like VMware or ESXi is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies, DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
- Expertise in system design for enterprise solutions involving microservices architectures using RESTful APIs or SOAP web services.
- Strong analytical skills in requirements analysis and business analysis to translate client needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams including IT infrastructure management, application development, security specialists, and business stakeholders.
