Job description

  • Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur, Evaluierung neuer Technologien im Fachbereich
  • Betreuung von Windows- und Linux-Servern
  • Verwaltung von Microsoft 365, Active Directory und Azure/Entra ID
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
  • Ãœberwachung von Netzwerken, Servern und Sicherheitslösungen
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von eingehenden Anfragen im Service Desk
  • Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Einführung von IT-Projekten

Requirements

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Windows Server und Active Directory, Microsoft-Client-Betriebssysteme, MS-Office-Produkten, sowie TCP/IP-Netzwerken
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Zertifizierungen aus den Bereichen ISO 27001, ITIL o.ä., sind von Vorteil
