Sr Manager, Software Development (Remote)

Summary :The Sr Manager, Software Developmentwill build and manage a high performing, collaborative, and inclusive team to achieve diverseobjectivesin replicable, scalable ways. This positionwill develop and execute a strategy that focuses on effective and efficient designs, test and resilience processes, integration across dependent software and service components, improve common frameworks, tooling, and reuse where applicable.The incumbent will ensure alignmentwith controls, procedures, and tooling which support our desire to deliver a world-class set of services in a predictable manner., * Build and manage a high performing, collaborative, and inclusive team.

• Developandexecute a strategy that focuses on effective and efficient designs, test and resilience processes, integration across dependent software and service components, improve common frameworks, tooling, and reuse where applicable.
• Lead teams that deliver on multiple projects
• Ensurealignmentwith controls, procedures, and tooling which support our desire to deliver a world-class set of services in a predictable manner.
• Review system requirements and business processes; code, test, debug, and implement software solutions.
• Prioritize, plan, and track project progress.
• Involved in direct planning oflong- and short-terminfrastructure improvement projects, including design, budgeting, and implementation.
• Manage teams to achieve diverseobjectivesin replicable, scalable ways.
• May include other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirement s: Bachelor’s degreehighly preferred

Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role) :6+ years of experiencerequiredworking as a software, service, and/or site reliability engineer, 4+ years of experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management, 4+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management.
