Job description
Are you ready to take ownership of mission-critical IT systems and make a real impact? We’re looking for a skilled System Administrator (SA) 3 to join our team in Columbia providing hands-on support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems that keep our clients’ operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage IT system infrastructure and all related processes
- Support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices
- Provide Tier 3 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
- Escalate and communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers
- Support the dispatch system and hardware problem resolution process from start to finish

Work with Container Technology, including: *
- Administering large software deployments on LINUX/UNIX systems
- Administering clustered storage solutions (e.g., storage appliances, Ceph)
- Managing Kubernetes-orchestrated containers
- Using system configuration management software (e.g., Puppet, Ansible)
- Overseeing change control processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- 15 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience
- An active Top Secret clearance with CI polygraph within the last 7 years
