Senior IT Project Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives aligned to Pennant’s mission and growth strategy. You will manage a portfolio spanning infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, operational improvement, and PMO maturity projects, from initiation to delivery. You contribute to advancing PMO governance, change management, and scalable IT practices across the organization. You will partner with IT leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and acquisition teams to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes with meaningful impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity * Create and maintain charters, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, comms plans, and status reports * Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and resources * Contribute to PMO standards, methodologies, templates, and governance * Promote project management best practices across IT * Build relationships with executives, business leaders, technical teams, and external partners * Facilitate requirements gathering, decision-making, and issue resolution * Develop change management strategies to enable adoption of new processes and tech * Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders * Coordinate vendors, consultants, and third-party partners * Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality and performance expectations Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field * 6+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives * Experience managing enterprise IT projects including infrastructure, software implementations, cybersecurity, cloud, or OT initiatives * Proven success delivering multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment * Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, and change management * Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management * Experience presenting project status to senior leadership Key requirements * competitive total rewards package * medical, dental, and vision plans * 401(k) with company match * free e-courses via Learning Management System * training sessions and seminars * Moments of Truth recognition program
