Job description
The selected candidate will develop supply chain solutions by applying logistical and facility design concepts. Understanding the needs of the customer and applying analytical and engineering thought leadership will be imperative in creating a tailored solution to fit business requirements. We take pride in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcome of projects through implementation.
- Support design efforts with guidance in establishing industry leading warehouse operations that support customers overall business and supply chain strategy.
- Reviews analysis with internal stakeholders and customers to gain alignment in solution and modeling.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data to understand customer profile and design requirements.
- Support design efforts around operating processes, physical layout, and equipment requirement
- Build operating budget that includes labor, real estate, equipment, and other operational expenses.
- Learn emerging technologies such as robotics, AGV, VR, AI, through internal advanced digitalization communities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or other technical engineering fields, required.
- 0-2 years relative experience (including internships), required.

The Solutions Design Analyst role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $115,000.
For roles within California the range is $70,304 - $115,000 and Washington is $80,169 - $115,000.
