Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a Network Support Speciliast to provide monitoring and support for corporate computer systems, network infrastructure, and data centers. Acting as the central hub for incident response, you will ensure business-critical processes remain operational, promptly escalate disruptions, and maintain system stability in a fast-paced IT environment., * System & Network Monitoring: Monitor hardware, software, firewalls, telecom infrastructure, and file systems.

• Incident Management: Act as the primary point of contact for alerts, create tickets, and rapidly escalate issues to higher-level support teams.
• SAP & Batch Processing: Monitor daily batch jobs, backups, and various SAP application environments.
• Data Center Operations: Oversee physical data center environments and coordinate scheduled maintenance or outages.

• 1+ year of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC), IT Operations Center, or Enterprise Operations environment
• Experience monitoring computer hardware, network infrastructure, telecom, and firewalls
• Hands-on experience with incident management, alert monitoring, ticket creation, and escalation
• Experience supporting SAP applications (CIS, FIS, HR, WMS, AMI)
• Experience monitoring batch processing, backups, and production job scheduling, * Do you have 1+ year of experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or IT Operations environment?
• Do you have hands-on experience with incident management, alert monitoring, and ticket creation?
• Do you have experience supporting SAP applications and monitoring batch processing?
• Are you comfortable monitoring network infrastructure, including firewalls and telecom systems?
