Job description
The Lead Salesforce Developer will architect, design, and lead the development of Experience Cloud sites with a focus on performance, security, and scalability. This role requires hands-on leadership in building advanced Lightning Web Components optimized for the Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) framework, integrating data and AI solutions, and managing complex API integrations. The candidate will also mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals. Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solutioning for Experience Cloud sites, selecting appropriate templates based on performance and SEO.
- Design robust security models using External Identity, Single Sign-On (SSO), and advanced sharing mechanisms.
- Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata deployment.
- Develop modular, high-performance Lightning Web Components tailored for the LWR framework.
- Implement personalization through Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS for customized content delivery.
- Design and automate complex workflows using Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex for high-volume external transactions.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud to provide unified customer profiles and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain API integrations with external systems including ERP, AWS, and Marketing Cloud.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with governor limits and scalability standards.
- Engage with C-suite executives to present technical roadmaps and translate business requirements into technical user stories.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Salesforce Developer.
- Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
- Deep understanding of Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and its effects on performance and SEO.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CLI and SFDX tools.
Special Considerations:
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment based in Phoenix, AZ.
- Contract position with a 6-month duration and possibility of extension.
- In-person interviews required.
