  • Immediate, open position

We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) within the Digital Solutions area, supporting primarily the Warranty & Quality domain while being part of a broader, cross-domain digital product organization.

The role is responsible for end-to-end product and technical ownership of 2-3 digital products in parallel, primarily within Warranty & Quality, with the potential to also support products in other business domains over time. The Technical Product Owner ensures clear product direction, architectural and data consistency, and alignment between business objectives and technical execution across applications, data pipelines, integrations, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.

This position represents a shift from project-centric delivery to sustainable, product-centric ownership within Digital Solutions. The TPO works in close collaboration with business stakeholders, Solution Architecture, platform teams, and delivery roles to maximize long-term business value, ensure scalable solutions, and enable reliable execution. Depending on team setup and product maturity, the role requires flexibility to support Scrum facilitation and selected delivery-focused activities, enabling lean governance, fast decision-making, and predictable outcomes across multiple concurrent delivery streams.

  • Align, maintain, and actively manage the product vision and roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring consistency across applications, data, and integrations.
  • Translate business objectives into prioritized functional and technical backlog items
  • Ensure a coherent product direction across applications, data pipelines, integrations, and analytics
  • Act as the single point of accountability for “what is being built and why”

Technical & Data Alignment

  • Ensure technical consistency and architectural alignment across all workstreams
  • Drive alignment of data models, business semantics, and quality definitions within the domain
  • Own and manage technical trade-offs in collaboration with architecture and platform teams
  • Prevent fragmentation, redundancy, and local optimizations

Backlog & Value Management

  • Own and maintain the integrated product backlog, including: Business functionality, Technical enablers, Data quality improvements, Architectural and platform dependencies

  • Balance delivery of new features with technical sustainability and scalability

Delivery Support & Scrum Facilitation (Depending on team size and setup)

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Daily Standups)
  • Support delivery flow, sequencing, and dependency resolution
  • Collaborate closely with delivery roles to ensure predictable execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of work related experience.
  • Product ownership or product management in a technical environment
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale integration and data platforms is a strong advantage
  • Strong understanding of software, data, and integration architectures

Your preferred qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing and Domain knowledge in Warranty, Quality, is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical direction
