We are looking for a Systems Tester to lead and coordinate testing activities across a range of digital and clinical systems, supporting major transformation programmes and business-as-usual developments. You will play a key role in ensuring the safe, reliable, and effective delivery of system upgrades, integrations, and new digital services., * Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of testing activities.

• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts.
• Coordinate testing activities for new applications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Manage defects through to resolution and support go-live readiness activities.
• Work closely with clinical, operational, technical, and supplier teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and support the adoption of test automation where appropriate.

• Proven experience in software or systems testing.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect management.
• Experience of clinical systems, EPRs, or healthcare applications is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
