Systems Architect

Our Client is is seeking an experienced Systems Architect to support several strategically aligned enterprise initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, planning, and developing technology roadmaps that support long-term organizational goals and modernization efforts. The Systems Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and best practices., Our client is seeking an experienced Systems Architect to support several strategically aligned enterprise initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for researching, planning, and developing technology roadmaps that support long-term organizational goals and modernization efforts.

The Systems Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and best practices., * Lead enterprise-level projects across multiple IT teams and departments.

• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation strategies.
• Conduct system upgrades for .NET clusters and COTS solutions.
• Document current infrastructure and create As-Is and To-Be architecture documentation.
• Develop public cloud migration strategies and documentation for identified workloads.
• Review and enhance Disaster Recovery plans and operational procedures.
• Provide weekly project updates, including risks, issues, and status reports to leadership teams.
• Develop frameworks for integrating and implementing enterprise technical standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and technical staff.
• Support day-to-day infrastructure operations and modernization initiatives.

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, * 10+ years of infrastructure and solution design experience.

• 7+ years of expert-level or lead technical experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise multi-tenant cloud infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience managing technical teams through business-critical operations.
• Strong background in enterprise architecture, modernization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience preparing and presenting cost-benefit analysis for technology initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and collaboration skills., * AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals certification.
• Experience collaborating with software development and programming teams.
• Strong problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and cross-team coordination skills.

$60 - $80 per hour
