• 7+ years of expert - level/lead technical experience
• 7+ years of proven experience as a technical manager, leading technical staff through business-critical operations.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise level multi-tenant cloud infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated experience working on high-complexity projects requiring deep knowledge across multiple technical domains.
• Proven experience mentoring technical supervisors and support engineers.
• Experience Developing and presenting cost-benefit analysis to support technology roadmaps and strategic decisions.
• Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and drive initiatives to meet overall department objectives.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred KSA’s:

• AWS Certified Solution Architect.
• Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals.
• Experience collaborating with technical programming and

development teams.
