Join a key role driving business critical SAP solutions, as part of Digital Transformation, within a global organisation. As an Application Consultant within the Work and Asset Management value stream, you will play a leading role in shaping, designing and delivering SAP ERP solutions that support the operation and maintenance of ScottishPower’s network assets.
What you’ll be doing
Working closely with business stakeholders, architects and delivery partners, you will translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable SAP solutions. You will be responsible for evaluating solution options, influencing design decisions and ensuring solutions align with both local business needs and wider global technology strategies.
This is a senior technical role where you will provide leadership across the SAP application landscape, helping to define future roadmaps, drive continuous improvement and ensure the successful delivery of change. You will also lead and mentor a small team of Application Analysts and Administrators, developing capability and promoting best practice across solution design, delivery and support.
Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced SAP professional with a strong background in solution design, project delivery and stakeholder engagement within a large enterprise environment. Expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) is essential, supported by working knowledge of SAP MM, CO, FI, AM and PPM. You will have a proven ability to work with business leaders, technical teams and external suppliers to deliver robust solutions that provide real business value.
Experience of asset intensive industries, application integration, enterprise solution design and SAP ERP environments would be highly advantageous. Candidates should be comfortable working across the full solution lifecycle, from requirements definition and design through to testing, deployment and operational support.
This is an excellent opportunity to influence the future direction of Work and Asset Management systems, lead the design of business-critical SAP solutions and play a key role in delivering technology change across a large-scale organisation.
Benefits & conditions
As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits. With our pension scheme, we’ll double match your contribution up to a company contribution of 10%.
