Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will analyze, design, and build applications and data pipelines to support system integrations and data-driven decisions. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to capture requirements, develop solutions, and maintain production-grade data software. You will lead project efforts, provide training, and ensure robust documentation. This position offers a chance to impact data architecture and operational efficiency at Crown’s New Bremen site. Compensation / Benefits * Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems and develop applications and procedures * Prepare specifications, encode, test, and debug applications * Design, code, test, install, document and maintain applications * Participate in peer code reviews to uphold standards * Create APIs to integrate between systems and customer applications * Interface with users to extract needs and determine requirements * Conduct detailed systems analysis to define scope and objectives * Create documentation per internal standards * Work with customers to develop system requirements * Project leadership, training, and testing Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field; or 12+ years with high school diploma/GED * 0-5% travel; on-site 4 days/week in New Bremen, OH * Strong data engineering foundation and experience evidenced by preferred qualifications Key requirements * Health/Dental/Vision/Prescription Drug Plan * Flexible Benefits Plan * 401K Retirement Savings Plan * Life and Disability Benefits * Paid Parental Leave * Paid Holidays
