Onsite Solutions Specialist

Our client is seeking an Onsite Solutions Specialist to join their team. As an Onsite Solutions Specialist, you will be supporting a large customer facility by managing inventory, replenishing vending machines, assisting with procurement activities, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset that will align successfully with the organization., * Receive, stock, and replenish products throughout the customer facility.

• Maintain and refill vending machines and inventory management systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure supplies are available when needed.
• Utilize Excel spreadsheets and inventory systems to track product usage and inventory data.
• Assist with order placement, product receiving, and inventory organization.
• Participate in customer meetings and serve as an on-site resource for inventory-related needs.
• Provide outstanding customer service while building strong relationships with customer personnel.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and computer-based systems.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, warehouse, or inventory-related environments.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
