Job description

You will be an important member of Implementation team within Terarecon and requires working with team members towards a successful implementation project.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Installation and configuration of Terarecon products on customer network remotely or onsite.
  • Perform installation for customer systems on Terarecon’s cloud infrastructrure
  • Perform Data migration as required in line with the requirements of the customer.
  • Testing and verification of installation
  • Ensure continuous oversight of cloud services, proactively addressing resource utilization, capacity, and downtime to maintain business continuity and minimize operational impact.
  • Maintenance and upgrade of customer’s tenant on Terarecon’s Cloud.
  • Work with third party vendors (EMR, PACS, VNA) on integrating with our medical imaging viewer utilizing the principles of DICOM, HL7
  • Conduct Technical training for customer’s IT staff
  • Occasional travel for installation and service visits to assigned territories and possibly abroad.
  • Provide technical expertise on Terarecon’s Cloud offering regarding Authentication, Storage, System specs, etc
  • Assist with post-installation support as and when required.
  • Complete documentation of installation activities in the CRM.
  • Managing customer service department projects/duties as required by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or IT Certification in a technical field or equivalent
  • Good analytical and written communications skills
  • Enterprise server, workstation, networking, storage installation, and trouble-shooting skills
  • Knowledge of any, or all, of the following is a plus but not required: DICOM, PACS, HL7 and EMR,
  • Servers, Firewall configuration, Network performance testing, Enterprise computing
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft OS products (i.e. Server 2016, 2019 and 2022 and Windows 10, 11)
  • Knowledge about SQL servers, IIS, and VMWare.
  • Knowledge about Cloud services offered by AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.
