IT Manager

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department
• Maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware
• Ensure the security of all IT systems and data, implementing appropriate cybersecurity measures
• Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
• Monitor and optimize IT budgets and resource allocation
• Stay current with emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or Microsoft Certified are a plus
• Knowledge and/or experience with GoHighLevel or Zoho CRM are a plus
