Sr Assoc Business Systems IT

We are looking for an Associate RPA Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath-based automation development. The candidate will support the design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of robotic process automation solutions. This role requires strong analytical ability, good programming discipline, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with business, operations, and IT teams., Technical Analyze business requirements, process documents, and workflow details to assist in designing implementable technical solutions. Develop, configure, and maintain automation workflows using the UiPath RPA platform. Build automation solutions that mimic user actions across desktop applications, web applications, Excel files, databases, office documents, and APIs, based on project needs. Support development using UiPath best practices, coding standards, naming conventions, and exception handling principles. Monitor Bot execution, troubleshoot runtime issues, analyze logs, and help resolve production defects. Develop and improve error handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and notification frameworks to improve Bot stability. Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions to improve code quality, reliability, maintainability, and robot efficiency. Participate in robot deployment activities by following standard change management and release processes. Stay updated on UiPath features, AI integration in RPA, Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center concepts. Support automation projects by preparing technical design documents, process workflow documentation, release notes, test evidence, and maintenance documents. Create and execute unit test cases, scenario-based test cases, and support end-to-end testing before production release. Participate in QA testing, integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing activities. Communicate development progress, risks, issues, and blockers to project leads, senior developers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with business users, Operations teams, and IT teams to understand automation requirements and support delivery of RPA solutions.

Support Understanding system and business change cycles to ensure automated processes are proactively amended to reflect changes. Developing strategies to optimize Bot schedules to achieve maximum productivity of digital workers. Education and Experience Level 2+ year experience in UiPath, familiar with common types of automations: Excel, website, database, restful API. Experience in ReFramework. Ability to read and understand process design documents, solution design documents, and business process workflows. Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze requirements and come up with potential solutions in a timely manner. Exposure to UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center will be preferred. Good debugging and troubleshooting skills using logs, screenshots, error messages, and application behavior Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English (and have worked in global/multicultural environment). Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as part of the RPA delivery cycle. Prior functional experience in SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile development methodologies including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, operations, support and maintenance Ability to understand and create business process workflow diagrams or procedural documentation Basic knowledge of API automation, database automation, Citrix automation
