UI/UX designer

As a UX/UI designer, your mission will be to:

• Collaborate closely with Product Manager, business stakeholder & development teams to support the implementation of designs within agile setup, ensuring user needs and business goals translated into compelling design solutions and high-quality user experience.
• Lead the design process with a user-centric approach, ensuring that all products and features align with customer expected outcomes.
• Contribute to the design system by providing feedback and building new components or adapting existing ones to ensure homogeneity across all digital channels, to foster a cohesive brand identity and usage consistency.
• Perform user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design continuously through feedback.
• Work across various platforms, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring coherence and responsiveness of our software solutions.

• Experience as a UX designer, showcasing your previous work and skillset in a portfolio of projects that demonstrate your contribution to designing engaging user experiences.
• Good understanding of the UX design process from research, concept, design, prototyping and user validation to implementation.
• Experience in designing Web Software/Applications is a strong plus.
• Thorough knowledge in the field of interaction design, visual design and prototyping.
• Experience with Design tools such as Figma.
• Eager to moderate collaborative workshops.
• Familiar with design thinking methods is a plus.
• Practical experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative user research is a plus.
• Good communication/presentation skills and stakeholder management, with a structured and proactive and autonomous working style.
