Job description

Join a dynamic technical product management opportunity focused on shaping new products and features that support business customers in setting up and managing their accounts and procurement needs. This onsite role in Austin, TX or Dallas, TX offers the chance to partner with software teams, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define product direction, improve customer experiences, and drive meaningful impact. Responsibilities

  • Develop and guide product strategy, including vision, roadmap priorities, and success measures.
  • Work cross-functionally with software managers, engineers, UX designers, and business partners to define requirements and align on milestones.
  • Translate customer pain points and business needs into actionable product improvements.
  • Coordinate customer research and studies to inform product decisions and experience design.
  • Build clear, data-driven mechanisms to surface product gaps, opportunities, and progress.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify root causes and shape solutions that improve the customer experience.
  • Support pilots, analyze results, and iterate toward broader rollout.
  • Contribute to planning and execution for new features and enhancements across teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology-related roles.
  • Proven experience delivering software products from early concept through launch and customer adoption.
  • Strong background in defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing tradeoffs.
  • Experience participating in engineering discussions tied to product and technology decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide product decisions.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using generative AI tools to support the product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to identify where generative AI could improve products, workflows, or customer experiences.
  • Experience with experimentation, KPI development, and customer research.
  • Background working on business-focused software products or procurement-related solutions.
