• Oversee procurement activities, including soliciting bids, reviewing proposals, and selecting qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead on-site project meetings to ensure alignment between construction teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other critical project documentation.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards through routine site inspections and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design issues and ensure constructability.
• Drive project kickoff and closeout processes, ensuring thorough documentation and smooth handoff.
• Track project financials, analyze cost trends, and report variances proactively.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * A strong background in construction project management, ideally with experience supporting projects within the business services or commercial construction sectors, demonstrating an ability to navigate complex scopes, stakeholder expectations, and fast-paced environments.

• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects, each with competing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining clear oversight of schedules, budgets, deliverables, and team coordination.
